These photos are from a weekend getaway Christopher took me on to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of our first real date/kiss! It was truly the last weekend getaway I had before my world changed forever. Less than an hour after we got home, we got a phone call that my mother was in the hospital. She would be an organ donor the next day. It was a very hard time for all of us, and it was very good that we had such a great and relaxing weekend together to rest up for the work we didn't know was ahead.
