Welcome AliSarah, lol!!

What a crazy day today has been... It started with my husband badgering me about the taxes and thinking I may have missed something... This sent me on an almost all day odyssey looking for records of whether or not we received Economic Stimulus Checks... I still don't know because the IRS has evidently never heard of my husband's social security number... So, maybe tomorrow I'll get to be on hold with the IRS for 20 hours, woohoo!

Then, I had to go to the dr. It was a pointless trip to the office as far as I could tell. He didn't have the results from my blood draw last week and said I should call dr. hematology to get them. *rolls eyes* So, I'll see what dr. hematology says on the 27th when I get over there.

Meanwhile, I got a weird email that said one of my websites was phishing... This happens sometimes when hackers find some back door way into your site and then set up a whole operation, so I had to deal with that... Which I did promptly and efficiently.

Later, I get an email and phone call from my host that my site has been hacked. again. twice in one day. the same exact site. This same site had been hacked a couple weeks ago, so for some reason that name just really attracts the goobers who have nothing better to do with their time...

So, I decided to bring in the blog from that site to this blog... And, that site will just point people over here where they can get my awesome Scrapbooking stuff! But, my Candy Bar Wrapper Designs no longer have a place to live... SO, WELCOME to everyone who came here thinking they were going to my Candy Bar Wrapper site! I'm still in the planning stages of whether or not (and how) to make them available again.

How cute is this??

So, I think this set of wrappers is SO CUTE! Which is a horrible thing to say since I designed it myself, right?? I've been holding on to these baby animals forever trying to think of how to use them and all the sudden, there they were, looking super cute with this background! I'm super pleased with how it turned out and hope that all the members will like it too!! :D

I know it looks a little less that perfectly cute in the preview, that's because when you resize down something as much as you have to do to make a preview, it ends up losing data! Keep in mind those babies are shown at like 10 percent or so, plus, this way, no one can steal the design off the preview!Oh, yeah, it could happen!

Even more behind than usual, Sheesh...

I can't even believe how late I am at posting this month... It's literally been since the first of this month that I came and told you what was going on... How could this be?? I can't hardly believe it!!

First off, for Mother's Day, my husband let me get a new domain and some super great photo posting software so I could start a new site called The Wrapper Gallery!!

Also, the whole month of May has gone by, so I'm just going to show you all the design club sets at once!


I guess that's it for now!! I'm gonna do a better job of keeping this baby updated!! I mean it!! :D

Rock On Baby!!

You'll be shocked to know that I am actually up to date with the display packs for this month and last month, it's like a miracle!!

Also, I am working hard on getting all the sets in the shop to have display packs, so that should be really awesome!! The new format in the zen cart is that you can choose to add your displays by the set, so when you buy a set, you can add the displays for just about $1 more... If it is a double or combo set, it is a little more, because making displays is a lot of work, but this way, you are saved all the trouble of doing it yourself, woohoo!! :D

Also, a little personal note, today is the 3rd anniversary of my mother's passing, Here's a scrapbook page I made to remember her with:

Simple Butterflies!

Well, I am a tiny bit late but I figure better late than never, right?? Not only that but better three sets than one!! :D Here's my set for the AliSarah Design Club this week!!



I love the simplicity of it, and its grace. I think it is perfect for any holiday but especially Mother's Day or a lovely birthday present as well!! :D

I know I haven't been blogging much. I've been under the weather actually, I'm not sure why, but I'm just a tiny bit miserable, not flat out SICK, just a little sluggish and slow... :( Hopefully it will pass soon!

Oh! My aching head!

I have a horrible headache, I don't know why except to say that it has to do with my sinuses for sure, but it is so upsetting to have so much pain coming from your forehead... :(

But, on a happy note, I finished my club set!!


Last week, Alisan totally outdid herself, creating Christening Girl & Christening Boy! These are so cute!! :D

OMGoodness!!

What a couple of days, What a couple of days!!

All day yesterday, I couldn't decide what to make for my design club set. I held a contest for the Club Members and Melinda won the contest, inspiring me to make this set:

It's like a boyfriend for my Girly Skulls set, lol...

I stayed up even later last night to make some Valentines for my daughter's school, they turned out super cool!! :D

Then, I got up early and made a Gallon Sized Gift Set for a customer who is coming to pick it up later today! What a sweet guy to buy all this for his lady love!!


I am also posting some freebies here for you:
This is a Valentine mini-set for Boys and tomboys! It is just a few pieces, SOE, minis, and toppers. But, you can make a pretty nice last minute Valentine with just those pieces!! :D


But, if you are just in love with the paper, I figure you can have that too!!


Yep, I think that is about it!! Whew!! I am so productive!!

I am going to Utah until the 19th, so there won't be any posts till I get back probably!! Have a great 5 days!! :D

Woohoo!

I ordered Business Cards, YAY!!

I know it seems like a silly thing to be so excited about but I have been trying to design them and get a look that I liked for about 2 months now. SO, today, I just kind of went for it... I think they turned out pretty cute! I am leaning toward more beautiful things and less cute things these days, so I think they are lovely, lol...

Until then, I'll be heading out to go have lunch with Rachel for Operation Observation... which basically means parents bring take out food and eat it on sticky benches and tables while our kids try to pretend not to know us while still eating and sharing the food we brought... And then I have to go to the DMV and get my registration for my car!
