Welcome AliSarah, lol!!

What a crazy day today has been... It started with my husband badgering me about the taxes and thinking I may have missed something... This sent me on an almost all day odyssey looking for records of whether or not we received Economic Stimulus Checks... I still don't know because the IRS has evidently never heard of my husband's social security number... So, maybe tomorrow I'll get to be on hold with the IRS for 20 hours, woohoo!

Then, I had to go to the dr. It was a pointless trip to the office as far as I could tell. He didn't have the results from my blood draw last week and said I should call dr. hematology to get them. *rolls eyes* So, I'll see what dr. hematology says on the 27th when I get over there.

Meanwhile, I got a weird email that said one of my websites was phishing... This happens sometimes when hackers find some back door way into your site and then set up a whole operation, so I had to deal with that... Which I did promptly and efficiently.

Later, I get an email and phone call from my host that my site has been hacked. again. twice in one day. the same exact site. This same site had been hacked a couple weeks ago, so for some reason that name just really attracts the goobers who have nothing better to do with their time...

So, I decided to bring in the blog from that site to this blog... And, that site will just point people over here where they can get my awesome Scrapbooking stuff! But, my Candy Bar Wrapper Designs no longer have a place to live... SO, WELCOME to everyone who came here thinking they were going to my Candy Bar Wrapper site! I'm still in the planning stages of whether or not (and how) to make them available again.

I hope you had a less frustrating day than I did!!

As a parent, I can't help but put myself into the shoes of the parents of Layla Grace, a beautiful young lady who recently lost her battle with Neuroblastoma. You can learn more about Layla at her website, www.laylagrace.org!

The designers at ESS wanted to get together and do something to show our love for this family, and help with medical expenses as much as we possibly can. So, we decided to make a collab kit.

Sending a Fond Farewell...

As most of you know by now, last week was a pretty crazy week for all the designers at Scrapable. The store was sold, closed, resold, and opened again all within the span of a week. Between the sellings of the store, for a while we thought Scrapable would be gone forever. The designers wanted to get together to make something for those people who have given us so much support in the time that we were selling together at Scrapable! So, we started working on a blog train to show our appreciation!

Since we started working on this, the store was sold again and reopened. Some of us designers have decided to stay with Scrapable and some of us will be moving on to new stores. I am one of those designers who will be moving on! Starting this Friday, you will find my products proudly sold at Enchanted Studio Scraps!

So, please let me take this opportunity to wish all my friends at Scrapable a Fond Farewell!! And, let me also wish you a warm welcome to come visit me and my new friends at my new store!!

Yes, it appears that someone has been deleting or shutting off access to items in the store and forum areas at Scrapable. No, I do not know what it means for Scrapable as a whole, or whether the shop, forum, or gallery will be back...

I will be selling in a NEW store, which I think is going to be awesome, but it is going to take me a week or two to get everything set up there, because all the products are quality checked on the way into the store, and there are packaging changes to be done!!

The AliSarah CT is not your ordinary CT!!

There are calls for my CT on occasion but I will also consider folks any time that they send me a link to their gallery! Being on a CT is really an amazing opportunity! It allows you a chance to work with a designer to promote their products. But, the community is huge so if a well known site or designer has a call, you might find yourself rejected repeatedly without any clue as to why. The great designers have their choice of all the best scrappers on the net, and they choose carefully, which means that lots of scrappers hear over and over that they have not been chosen.

If you have applied and applied for CT positions and are not exactly sure why you haven't been chosen, this might just be the place for you! The AliSarah CT Forum is an intense learning zone! If you are added to the AliSarah CT, you will have a closed thread just for you and me to talk about your work. You can post layouts and I'll help you make them the best they can be!! The goal of this is to help you become the best layout artist you can! And, once your layout is stunning beyond belief, you can post it right on the thread with the kit it is created with (and in 4 galleries, 2 of my choice and 2 of yours) to show it off!

There are also areas in the AliSarah CT forum to read design lessons and learn more about design in general! Threads will focus on topics such as balance, eye lines, focus, weight, emotion, and many more! Knowing about these concepts really helps your layouts to shine because people who know how to design a great page, build pages that catch your eye and hold it!

So, if you are ready to learn how to make your layouts better and how to be an effective member of a CT group, but you have applied and applied without being accepted, please send me a link to your gallery so we can start to get to know each other!

Settling In!!

I scrapped this today and ordered the postcards from Vista Print. I always use them for my Christmas postcards so I'm sure these will be just as great!

I made this with a template by Connie Prince (It was 12x12 and I modified it to fit the postcard!), and my kit called Henna Henna Bo Benna, which is available at Scrapable and DID (Once I get my store turned on again! I got everything uploaded today so now I just have to create all the products again!)

This week, I have made 12 brand new alphas, they are so COOL!! I will be turning them on at Scrapable for this Friday's New Releases and at Designs In Digital, they'll be turned on for next Wednesday's New Releases!! :D

Also, be on the watch for a Grand Re-Opening sale starting next Wednesday too!! :D

More Movie Talk, A layout, and A Sale!! :D

Greetings all!! :D

I got to see a Sneak Preview of the Proposal, a new movie with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds (<-- major hottie)! I thought it was really cute! It was exactly what I expected though- a chick flick kind of along the lines of an older movie called Green Card, which I will be adding to my netflix que so I can show it to my girls. Anyhow, the movie was not as predictable as I thought it was going to be. It had some little twisties that really made me smile! I also really loved the nearly naked shots of RR (shame on me, I know)... The movie was sweet, funny, and highly romantic! SO, either bribe your husband to watch it with you or go see it without him, lol...

p.s. Betty White is a comic genius, and she proves it again in this movie, just as she has many times before!!

I love Movies!! :D

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and such!! :D I'm really enjoying the holiday weekend! My sale is still going on at Scrapable, which is good stuff!!

But, I wanted to just drop in here and say that I love going to the movies!! I really have been enjoying all the big blockbuster movies this summer!! My husband has a very firm policy that we don't see movies in the first two weeks that they are out, because he hates crowds!! However, we have been beating the crowds by going to the movie early on Saturday morning. This lets us see the movies that are new right away without having to stand in any lines or anything like that...

SO, here's my summer rundown so far!! :D

Wolverine- I liked it... It wasn't the greatest movie ever and I'm not a comic book purist so I didn't care about the stuff in the movie that didn't give with the comic book. The biggest discussion point we have had after seeing this movie was the question of how long are the blades in his arms exactly? Do they get longer when he is more upset or are they merely extending out further when he is upset? And, if they really are that long inside his arm all the time, how is it that he can bend his wrists and his elbows when they are not extended? This was a huge debate that lasted days and has never quite been settled, I don't think it truly ever will to be honest!! But, overall, I thought it was a worthwhile movie! I was glad I saw it and it had a very heavy concentration of hotties, which is always a good thing as far as I'm concerned!! :D

Star Trek- OMGosh, talk about the best movie ever!! Don't listen to anyone who said that old Spock was inserted ackwardly, what are they smokin?? This movie could not have happened without old Spock in it... Oh, this movie was so awesome!! I absolutely loved it!! Actually the whole family loved it!! My husband liked it, which is super hard to do, he is hard to please!! (As a reference, He said Wolverine was "just OK"...) My 13 year old daughter liked it, and so did my 22 year old daughter!! And, I'm 33 so that's a lot of demographics all contained, lol... I thought the action in this movie was AWESOME!! And, I LOVED little Chekov, he was super great!! I really thought they made something out of that character, who was often just an accented decorative piece. I loved the Charlie Bartlet kid in this movie!! (He is having a big summer, I saw him again in Terminator, woohoo for him!!) I LOVED little Bones, that guy was hilarious, and so SPOT ON for what I expect the younger Bones would have been like... Now, I have to say out loud that I was slightly disappointed that they didn't choose Ryan Reynolds to play Kirk. I know he's a little old (and tall) compared to the rest of the cast, but he's just done such a great Kirk impression for years that I thought I was going to be disappointed in Kirk no matter what... BUT, I was wrong!! I thought Chris Pine really did the part justice, he was great!! But, I have to say that I felt really strongly that the super HOTTIE SYLAR stole the whole movie as Spock!! I hope they make another movie to show us the rest of what happens with Spock and Uhura (awesome work from this actress as well, kudos to her for choosing so many great roles that I can't even begin to list them Drumline, Center Stage, etc... YAY)!! This movie just ROCKED the SOCKS!! I want to go see it again in theatres because I just can't wait for it to come to DVD!! This movie will be the movie I compare other movies to for a LONG time!! :D

So, Saturday, we went and saw Terminator: Salvation!! Now, honestly, I have been watching the Terminator show, and I loved the Terminator movies I saw when I was a kid, especially 2 & 3... I can't even say that I remember 1 very well, I'm netflixing it so I can have a marathon. So, don't slam me on any continuity stuff, but I liked it a lot... It was definitely NOT better than Star Trek, but I would give it a higher score than Wolverine!! I gave Wolverine bonus points for naked Hugh Jackman, but in the end this movie was just better, and more interesting to me. Wolverine is still very watchable and Star Trek way overshadowed this movie. But, I thought this was a pretty decent addition to the Terminator series... Yes, I did think it was a little bit predictable, but that doesn't bother me at all... We've seen Terminators sacrifice themselves before and I loved it then just as much as I loved it here. I thought the movie was strong, the action was good and a couple things happened I wasn't expecting! Yay for the usage of the old footage, which I really liked and thought was done very well... And, we got a taste of Little Chekov playing Kyle Reese, which was pretty awesome! I really liked him in this movie!!

How could it have been better?? I can't really put words on it... I think it is a big conundrum when you have two Sarah Connors, and ten billion different John Connors to work with... It's hard to justify them all together... Does Christian Bale look like an older version of Edward Furlong?? Um... I don't think so... What about Thomas Dekker?? Um... I don't think so... Although maybe he is a better match here than with Edward Furlong... But, then you have whoever was playing him in T3... It's just a problem all together. But, I love Christian Bale, ever since Newsies, so I'm willing to have him in just about any movie! And, at least in this movie, the raspy Batman voice was toned down and applied to everyone so it made a lot more sense, lol... I was sad that sexy prison terminator had to die cuz he was pretty hot and would have been great in more Terminator movies, of which I'm expecting at least 1 more, which would be awesome, IMO!!

Meanwhile, what am I looking forward to next?? In a word, TRANSFORMERS!! :D The bar has been set pretty high this summer for movies, I think... And, if anyone can live up to it, Transformers can!! :D I also haven't had occasion to go to the movies without my husband so I haven't had occasion to see any of the chick flicks or comedies this summer, a problem which I will surely rectify eventually, lol... I'm also looking forward to Harry Potter... But, I have no hopes for anyone but Transformers coming even close to how much I loved Star Trek!! Spock Rocks!! LLAP Baby!

I hope I haven't bored you with my movie talk, I just felt like I needed to blog before I get out of the habit and movies were what was on my mind, lol...

My family and I went to church this morning and had a lovely time! My kids enjoyed their "baskets" this morning... (I don't use real baskets)

This morning, we sang My Redeemer Lives at church and it reminded me of another time I had sung it, which was actually a really lovely memory! And, now we are enjoying the family traditional Easter fare at our house, which is deviled eggs & Tuna egg mac salad, lol...

So, since I was so sick last week, I got a little behind in the competition. Here's my kit for week 3 though, finally!! I like how it turned out, but I don't know how cohesive it all is, lol... I was going to use the other color palette but it seemed like most of the people did, and I didn't want to throw another log on an already raging fire. Plus, the idea I got for Lipstick Jungle was all these jungle animals with big lipstick lips, and I was having trouble bringing that to life. Looking back, it might have been all the meds I was on so that I could get well, LOL...

So, I made a Spring Thing instead! I love all the pieces of this kit, although, I don't know if I love them all together. I'd really like to see some layouts done with it. Maybe that will help me like it more... I'm having so much fun with the ADSR!! :D Challenge 8 was to do a Scraplift of one of our Scrapbooking Idol's layouts!! :D I had to go searching for an idol, but I found one, and a great one!! :D

I ended up making two layouts, because the first one went in it's own direction in a major way and couldn't get the word dream to match the theme... Here they are! :D

I have been designing too, but it seems like everything I have made is going into a collab kit or grab bag or something...

Let me just say that some things you'll want to be looking for are the NFED Lifting Hopes Collaboration. It will be available at Pretty Scrappy! I donated a nice bit of stuff for that, and the collab is going to be HUGE and GORGEOUS!! :D Also, I made almost a full kit (it's only missing an alpha) for the February Grab bag at Designs In Digital! My piece of the bag alone is worth what they'll be charging for it, and you'll get all the pieces by the other designers as well!! So, you should definitely consider getting that one! I also made something for the February Collab kit at Designs In Digital! It's a really cute kit, so be looking forward to that too!! :D

I'm really enjoying refreshing some of my earliest pages!! I really love the old versions because they are what got me started, but I love the look and feel of the pages I'm making now so much better! I remember making the page and wishing I could get a feel for how to make it better than it was. Now, I have that feel so I'm rescrapping some of my favorite pics of Rachel so her whole book will be amazing!! :D

ADSR Continues!! :D

So, Challenge 4 is the altered art challenge this year! I was so super nervous, I actually posted in our thread that this was my first attempt, lol...

This is the most amazing quote! I try to remember it every day! I have to remind myself over and over that not only is this quote for my children, who I try to teach to live this way, but it is true for ME- the mom, the wife, the woman. I find it so easy to forget that we all have a responsibility to be as amazing as possible! This quote helps me remember so I can dust myself off and keep going!

**These are pictures of my daughter Rachel, who was 7 at the time, performing with the Fern Street Junior Circus in San Diego. Also, I really believe in this quote!! I thought it was part of the challenge to INSPIRE so I wanted to really say something positive with my page!

I made one of these for my daughter that says, "Never forget how it feels to fly," I think I'm going to get it printed and framed for her room!! :D

This is my first real attempt at a layout of this style. I feel like it really came together, lol... I really love how this turned out but I'm not sure if it is really my style. I don't think this is the kind of scrapper I am. But, it's nice to know that I can do it if I want to!! :D

It's funny because when I saw this layout in the gallery, I didn't think I wanted to redo it, and I had no clue how I was going to make it any better, because I always loved this Hammy layout. But, once I started playing with the pictures, I did find that there is a lot of new information I am able to apply to photos!! :D SO, I thought I would take some time here to talk about the new tricks I've used on this page that I didn't use on the last one... First off, I vignetted the photos so that Rachel's face would stand out more. I also edited the photos by increasing the saturation. These are two things that would not have dawned on me way back in the day, lol...

I also added a trim area to this layout, which is great and a very important thing I've learned to do so that I don't lose any of the main stuff when I have the page printed. The last really big thing I've done here that I never used to do is modify this template like a mad woman. I used to use the templates how they were, and would even go so far as to add a duplicate of a picture rather than alter the template. In this case, I added an additional picture, resized pictures, added things, took things away, moved the whole thing down, and so on.

Also, these days, if I find myself needing something, like an alpha to pull the title together, I will make it myself. I never used to feel confident doing that. I would search and search for what I was needed, whereas nowadays, I just make what I want and use it, lol...

So, I hope you like the new version more than the old version, which I'm finding very busy in not a great way. My husband and daughter both like the new version much better, and I do as well. When I started making it, I thought I was just doing it different, not better... But, in the end, I see that I was making it better, and I'm super glad I did!! :D

Busy Busy Busy!!

OMG OMG OMG I have a follower!! I don't even really know what that means all the way, but I'm super excited!! And, to my follower: HELLO!! And, welcome!! :D :D :D

This is such a busy time of year, I'm amazed at all the things I'm getting done!! LOL...

Yesterday, I finished my piece of the DID grab bag for January, which is SUPER cute!! It's a new thing we are trying out over there... Pretty sure I'm not allowed to show you even a sneak peek, so that's just a teaser, I guess!! I also finished my piece for the 12 days of Christmas Downloads at DID!! It's FREE!! And, I'm scheduled for day 10! But, if you want it, you have to register in the DID store and subscribe to the newsletter! There's also a place in the forum where you can get the past codes if you are registered there. BUT, all the codes are only good for 3 days, and today is DAY 3, so NOW is the time to register in order to be sure to get all the pieces!! :D The whole kit is called Spiced Gumdrops and it's super cute!! :D

Meanwhile, I added a new kit to my store at DID today!! And, it's on sale!! :D

All these pieces are available individually, but I have to recommend you get the whole kit, since it's on sale, and it's super cool!! IMO, lol...

Also, I noticed that I didn't ever post the preview to my Hanukkah kit, so I wanted to do that...I'd like to take the opportunity on this second day of Hanukkah to also wish my Jewish readers a Happy Hanukkah! I hope you and your family enjoy your festival of lights celebrations this year!

Oh the shame of it all... I'm such a bad blogger, it's not even funny...

So, here's what I'm gonna do, I'm just going to do my best to blog as much as I can... And, to get back into the swing of things, I'm just going to go ahead and post about a few things I have been meaning to post about and one contest that I would be happy to win!

Oh My Goodness, I've been a very very bad blogger!

Everything's gone crazy crazy crazy... I have been working on products left and right for my store at DID!! :D

Also, Alisan was in the hospital, I've been super swamped with keeping up with AliSarah while she was sick! And, I have a new Scrap For Hire Job I'm working on!! I never even got around to posting my last Scrap For Hire Job up for you guys to see it... :( (Not that I'm deluded into thinking there are a lot of you guys, but you know what I mean!! :D)

Anyhow, I put my first product into my store at DID, it's on sale right now for super cheap!! :D

And, of course, for those who like to try before they buy, here's a nice freebie for you!! :D

Next week is my official store opening so there will be lots of great deals in the store for you starting on Wednesday!! :D

Friday Friday Friday

Well!! Yesterday, I bought a lightscribe for my computer, installed it, and learned to use it!! SO, I'm pretty excited about that!! I'm a burning fool, lol... Plus (and this is gonna sound really stupid to the computer geeks among us), it's black and silver so it looks really pretty in my case, whereas my old burner drive was not as pretty and just wasn't that fancy in the case... I'm laughing at myself, so I hope you're having a giggle with me too, lol...

Meanwhile, I've been staying up super late watching the Olympics, sleeping in late, and working all day long... Tomorrow, I'm gonna move furniture, lol...

I had a super cute idea for my first ever "for sale" for real kit!! I've had my girls working on some pieces for it that I want to do extractions for... Hopefully it will turn out as cute in real life as it does in my mind!

In the last two days, I have sold and set up two different zen cart installs with my semi custom templates (available at AliSarah) so, YAY!! It's been a banner week, as far as me being busy actually working!! :D

Spazola!! A BANNER DAY!!

So, this has been an all around fantabulous day!!

I realized that I never told you guys (however many of you there may or may not be, lol) that I FINISHED the scrap 4 hire job!! :D Today, I finished printing the last 10 pages, So, I just have to trim them and collect dollars for them, lol... Best news on that front is that I have another Scrap 4 Hire job lined up! I met with the client last week, and I need to get started scanning pictures for Bianca's Book!

And, I found out this morning, right after I woke up that I WON the NDIDDS Contest!! :D I'm so totally stoked and I'm going to be super busy creating products to populate my Scrapbooking Store at Designs In Digital!! Woohoo!!

I was so excited, I got out my Henna Henna Bo Benna Kit and made a banner to advertise my store! It's pretty crazy with the animation, so I might make a smaller version tomorrow, but for now, I thought I'd be all premature and post it here!

A little update... and some questions for you!!

I'm almost back to "normal" because my Scrap 4 Hire progress is 15/20 done!! I'm hoping to finish at least 3 or hopefully even 5 tomorrow!! Today, I did 3 so I should hopefully be able to do 3 or 5 more tomorrow!!

Meg is on vacation, so they haven't posted any updated download numbers... I'm actually super curious to see what they are!! YOU GUYS, my brand new fans, have brought me to the top of the list for 2 weeks in a row and neither of those weeks are on the most recent numbers that have been posted! Ohh the excitement and curiosity!! :D

So, I guess now I'm at the point where I need to decide if I really want to sell in a store in case they offer the position to me. I have received quite a few downloads of my freebies in the last couple weeks, so now I'm wondering if anyone out there would pay for my designs... What do you think?? Should I take the plunge if they offer me the chance??

I gotta tell you, I wasn't thinking I was doing very well in this contest the first 2 weeks, but this week and last week have made me feel better about it!! I am just hoping to get to sell my stuff in a store, because I love making stuff, and I love sharing my stuff with people who like to use stuff!! :D

AND, yesterday, I was listed on the IKEA Goddess Blog!! with both my Henna Henna Bo Benna Kit and the Add On Kit for it too!! I'm so EXCITED!! :D

Okie Dokie, Here I go!! I hope you are all strapped in for the long haul cuz I'm a long winded chick, lol...

7 Facts about me, some random, some weird...
1. I once took a week and a half and convinced all my friends that I was twins. I did it like this... On Thursday and Friday, I told my friends I was going to visit my biological father (who in fact at that time I had not met since I had been old enough to remember), so if I seemed like I didn't know what was going on Monday, could they please help me out, cuz my twin sister would actually be going to my classes for me. The story was that since my parents weren't together, they each took one of us when they split (Parent Trap Inspired!!). Of course, my mom was married to my step dad but she had never told him that I was twins, so it was a big secret... Because she didn't want to get in a fight with my step dad about it, she just continued to not tell him about it and for one or two weeks a year, we just swapped places so we could see the opposite parent that we didn't live with. SO, on Monday, I pretended to forget some things we had talked about the week before, and I went the wrong direction for one or two of my classes... By the time Friday rolled around, I had almost all of them convinced I was not myself! The next Monday, I came to school and was "myself" again... I couldn't believe how many of them the trick had worked on... I fessed up to most of them... But, a year or two later, a friend called and started talking about something we had talked about at school but I had forgotten... I said, "What are you talking about?" and he said, "Is this Sasha? When is Sarah coming back?" I almost fell off the bed... He still thought I was twins, lol...

2. I didn't have my first drink of alcohol until I was 25 and I can still count on my fingers how many times in my life I've drank alcohol... Just wasn't ever my thing.

3. In my ever continuing quest to convince my father I was just as good as a son, I took up the trombone in 5th grade and played it all of 5th and 6th grades before I gave it up for something more cool, I can't remember what, lol...

4. When my step daughter turned 21, I took her to a club/bar to see "exotic" dancers. It was one of the times I can count on my fingers, lol... My mom took me when I turned 18, so I figured Ashley was overdue, lol...

5. I dye my hair religiously. If I see a glint of glitter (grey hair), I dye it. I used to go back and forth from my summer color to my winter color, but now I hardly ever dye it the same color twice in a row... People who know me don't even respond to my drastic hair color changes anymore... Last week, it was black cherry. This week, it's roasted coffee, who knows what color it will be next month, lol...

6. I have a super hot baby daddy, lol... When I was young, I wasn't bad looking, and my boyfriend was super hot... Well, now I am not that hot anymore cuz I need to go on a diet in a major way, lol... BUT, those men, I think it is easier for them to still look good after kids, especially if, like my baby daddy, they haven't had to spend 24 hours a day for 13 years taking of them. SO, even 3 more kids later, he still looks pretty good. When all my friends with baby daddy's get together and we compare who's is the hottest, mine wins!! :D lol...

7. I'm funny. I feel conceited when I say that but it's true... I don't do it on purpose always but I'm funny. I write funny stuff and say funny things. At family reunions, all the talented people get up and sing or dance or play their instruments for the talent show. This year, I embraced my funniness and I stood up and told 2 stories of funny things that have happened to me. I think some of the people in the audience were really happy for depends that day!! :O And, at least one person almost fell out of their chair. My husband is trying to get me to do stand up comedy as a job. He thinks I'll make enough money doing comedy that he can stay home and be a man of leisure playing with computers...(Hey, that's my job!) I'm a little chicken but I figure I might at least give it a shot...

So, next, I'm supposed to list who I'm gonna tag... The problem is I don't have a lot of friends... SO, I'm gonna have to go dig some up... I'll come back with their links a few minutes!!

Progress on Scrap For Hire Job: 10 of 20 pages completed!! :D I'm actually feeling quite accomplished for having finished that many pages of the project in the midst of planning my daughter's party, which went really well... I'm going to finish the rest of the pages next week. I delivered the completed pages today in 8x8 format for her to give to her husband, I'm looking forward to getting the others done!!

So, that's that...

OMGosh, I'm tired!

Well, I just wanted to pop in cuz I am getting ready to go to bed, but I figured I'd post at least a little update before I did that...

Scrap For Hire Job Progress: 11 of 20 pages completed. 5 Completely Finalized, 6 in the proof stage, where she is sending me changes for reworking. A new agreement was ironed out, where I will print her pages at 8x8 and put them in a small album, the ones that are done, hopefully at least 10, which she will wrap and present to the recipient (her husband) and then we will all 3 work on the rest of the pages next week so we know for sure he'll be happy with the final product, and then we'll go ahead and print full sized or as a hardback book...

I'm exhausted... In 2 hours and 2 minutes, my Rachel will be 13, I can't believe that... And, almost all the preparations for a SUPER party have been made- in the midst of this major Scrap 4 Hire RUSH Job!! It's been a CRAZY week!!

I got tagged, I'm excited, but I don't have time to do the tagbacks right now... SO, I'm gonna do it tomorrow or Monday, LOL... I'll catch you on the flip side!

So, I'm spazzing out, because my Traveling Man Freebie is the Number 2 product at Designs In Digital!! :D That is good stuff!! I'm moving up in the world!!

The last time our numbers were posted I was in 6th place in the contest, but Traveling Man being the number 2 product means I am leading for this week, which is groovy!!

They say there will be more than 3 winners, so, I just got to get up there in the top 4 or so, cuz I REALLY want to sell kits at DID!! :D

And, I needed to brag just a little... Progress on the Scrap For Hire Job: 8 out of 20 pages done!!

It's been a busy day!! I also went to Walmart and got everything we need for Rachel's big party except the food, LOL...

Scrap 4 Hire Job Progress: 0 out of 20 pages completed, lol... SHAME ON ME!! I'm gonna be a very busy girl!

However, I did finish creating my set for the AliSarah Design Club! Ashley is processing it now, and it will be delivered to club members tonight, which is good stuff!! :D

OH!! And, today, I am buying My Scrap Factor Mystery Tote!! I made a mini kit to go in this tote and it will always be exclusive to DID even if I don't win the contest... It's really cute but it's a mystery so I'm not allowed to tell you anything about it, you have to buy the Mystery Tote to get it... Which is totally not a drag because it costs less than $5 and has 24 downloads!! That's a lot of mini kits!! And, it's all the supplies you need to do the Scrap Factor Contest at DID!!
